Stephanie brings over 15 years of experience to her role as owner of StephanieP LLC, an independent rep group that focuses on hospitality, multi-family and senior living.
Her true talent lies in her ability to balance aspiration with authenticity, qualities that not only define her work but her persona. She has an affinity for bringing visions to life for tried and true tastemakers to those getting ready to make their mark. Stephanie is driven by the mindset that the design process is equally as important as the finished project. Her collaborative spirit, unrivaled responsiveness and all-around approachability are the reasons clients call her a partner.
When she’s not attempting to “kill it” in the business world, she’s enjoying traveling and exploring the world or chilling on the couch in Seattle with her two rescue pups, Lunchbox & Zeke.
In 2025, Meghann Gardner joined forces with Stephanie Poliakoff, where she will cover the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada territories. Meghann brings a strong background in interior design, including experience owning her own design business and contributing to a highly respected, high-end hospitality design firm based in Portland, OR. Her deep industry knowledge, design expertise, and regional insight make her a tremendous asset to our continued growth and presence in these markets. When she isn’t travelling the territory and meeting her new clients, Meghann is spending time with her husband and daughter, going to live music and chasing her cat and dog who inevitably escape out the front door.
